DETROIT VS BUTLER

REMEMBER THIS
The last time Detroit defeated a ranked team on the road was on Feb. 6, 1979, when the team Titans stunned #8 Marquette, 64-63, on a Terry Duerod 21-foot jumper with just under two seconds left in the game. The winning basket was set up by Terry Tyler's steal as Marquette attempted to run the last minute and a half off the clock in the “non-shot clock era.”

IT'S BEEN AWHILE
UDM has dropped its last 12 games against ranked opponents. In fact, the last time Detroit defeated a ranked team was on Jan. 10, 2002, when the Titans earned a 63-54 triumph over #23/24 Butler in Calihan Hall.

A HELPING FEE
Freshman walk-on Jordan Fee came off the bench to hand out a season-high three assists, in just 11 minutes, against Valparaiso.

BLUE GRABS CAREER HIGH
