Coach Ray McCallum and his staff inked two future Titans during the November signing period and the pair – 6-9 forward Jordan Manuel and 6-5 guard Frank Williams – comprise the best early class in the Horizon League, according to ESPN.com.
The Titans cast a wide net to land their latest two signees, as Manuel is from Indianapolis and Williams from Raytown, MO.
ESPN.com announced its conference-by-conference ratings on Sunday. “Coach Ray McCallum is building Detroit back to the top of the Horizon League,” the web site noted in its report.

McCallum and the Titans, who have won four straight contests, are idle until Saturday, when they travel to Chicago to take on DePaul in a 2:00 (EST) matinee contest.
