Jason Bennett will continue his basketball career overseas as the former Detroit center recently signed a contract to play with Neptune in the Irish SuperLeague, the top professional league in Ireland.

Bennett joined the team in times for its last game and played eight minutes blocking two shots, grabbing two boards and handing out a pair of assists for Neptune, currently third in the South Conference at 5-3. The club is looking to make its playoff push in the 18-game schedule for the SuperLeague crown as well as a chance to play for the National Cup.

The tallest player in Titans' history standing at 7-3, Bennett played his junior year at Detroit before embarking on his pro career. He played in 29 games a year ago with 20 starts and finished eighth in the Horizon League with 0.8 blocks per game.
