SERIES RECORD
Detroit is 14-21 all-time against Milwaukee, including a 7-8 mark when playing on the Titans' home court. Milwaukee has won the past seven meetings, including a 75-57 victory earlier this season on Jan. 17 in Wisconsin. UDM's last win against the Panthers came on March 3, 2005 by a score of 59-49 in Wisconsin and the last time the Titans defeated Milwaukee in Detroit was on Feb. 8, 2001 by a score of 84-79.
ABOUT MILWAUKEE
Milwaukee heads into Thursday's contest with a 10-12 overall record and a 5-6 mark in the Horizon League to sit seventh in the conference standings. The Panthers won their last game, which was a 78-51 victory against Youngstown State in Milwaukee on Feb. 7. Traci Edwards leads UWM with a conference-best 18.1 points per game. She is also first among teammates and second among conference peers with 8.7 rebounds per contest.

Sandi Brown cracked the top 20 in Detroit's record books as she now owns 861 career points to sit in the 20th slot. Terri Ford, who played for the Titans from 1986-90, is 19th with 890 career points.

Heather Hatter has scored in double figures in three of the past four games, including a career-high showing of 13 points against both Youngstown State (Jan. 24) and Valparaiso (Feb. 6). Hatter has averaged 10.8 points per game in these four contests.

LAST TIME OUT
The Detroit Titans women's basketball team dropped a 60-42 decision to Butler in a Horizon League match-up on Feb. 8 at Hinkle Fieldhouse.
With the press style defense being run by Detroit, the first half saw the lead change six times and the score tied on five occasions, including at the end of the stanza when it was knotted at 19.

Heather Hatter gave Detroit its first lead at 13:31 after a lay-up (8-6) and she ended the half leading the Titans with eight points. Senior
Sandi Brown, who poured in a game-high 16 points, helped tie the largest lead for either team in the first stanza as she hit a midrange jumper with just over three minutes remaining to put the score at 17-14.
In the second half, senior
Zemora Davis tied the game at 22 (18:39) off of a pass from Brown and Hall pulled Detroit within one (25-24) after making both attempts at the line about 30 seconds later. The Titans would not get any closer to the Bulldogs the rest of the game and Butler had its largest lead of 21 after sophomore Chloe Hamilton hit a lay-up with six seconds remaining in the game (60-39). Lauren Allen hit a trey as time expired to have the final score read, 60-42.
Brown ended with a game-high four steals, one shy of tying her season-best, and Brown also added one block, two assists and five rebounds for the Titans. Hatter tallied a team second-best 10 points and also collected two steals in 27 minutes of play.
Sophomore Terra Burns led the Bulldogs with 13 points, while senior Lade Akande grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds.
WHERE ARE THE TITANS?
As of Feb. 9, senior
Sandi Brown is fifth in the league in scoring average (12.6 ppg), while junior
Brigid Mulroy is tied for 16th (10.6 ppg). In addition, Brown stands sixth in rebounding (6.7 rpg), seventh in steals (2.3), fourth in offensive rebounds (2.5) and seventh in defensive rebounds (4.2). Mulroy is 10th in 3-point FG percentage (.365) and third in 3-pointers made (1.9), while junior
Chanica Hall ranks fourth in both assists per game (3.9) and assist/turnover ratio (1.3). In addition, freshman

ASSISTING OTHERS
Prior to Feb. 6, junior
Chanica Hall had collected seven assists on eight occasions, but Hall set a new career-high against Valparaiso as she dished out a game-high eight helpers.
SEASON-HIGHS
As a team, Detroit set a couple season-highs against Valparaiso on Feb. 6 in rebounds (49) and made free throws (25). The previous season-bests were both set at Loyola on Jan. 3 with 47 rebounds and 22 free throws.
MARGIN OF VICTORY
Detroit's 73-50 victory over Youngstown State on Jan. 24 marks the largest margin of victory for the Titans thus far this season since a 61-51 defeat over Colgate in New York on Nov. 29.
STEALING AWAY
Detroit's 13 steals against YSU on Jan. 24 matches its season-high from UDM's 76-75 double overtime victory at Eastern Michigan (Dec. 20).
OVERTIME AT CALIHAN
Detroit's overtime game against Valparaiso on Jan. 10 marked the first time the Titans played an extra session at Calihan Hall since a 74-73 setback against Milwaukee on Jan. 27, 2005.
ANOTHER FIRST
In her first Horizon League game at the helm of the Detroit Titans women's basketball program, head coach Autumn Rademacher notched a 71-64 win at Loyola on Jan. 3.
DOUBLE OR NOTHING
Two Titans registered double-doubles against Loyola on Jan. 3 in redshirt freshman
Talicia Washington and senior
Sandi Brown. Washington scored a team-high 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, while Brown pulled down a game-high 11 caroms and poured in 12 points.
TWO EXTRA SESSIONS
Prior to Detroit's 76-75 double-overtime win at Eastern on Dec. 20, 2008, the last time the Titans played in a double overtime contest was a 107-102 setback to Kentucky on Dec. 28, 1983 in Detroit.
PLENTY OF POINTS
The 76 point showing at Eastern Michigan on Dec. 20 marks the most points the Titans have scored in a single game since a 78-65 victory against Wright State in Detroit on Feb. 19, 2004.
VS. RANKED TEAMS
The Detroit Titans made history on Nov. 22 as UDM defeated #23 Georgia by a score of 70-66 at Calihan Hall. This marked the first time since the conference changed its name to the Horizon League (2001-02) in which the Titans defeated a ranked opponent. UDM now owns a 1-11 mark in this category.
GOING BACK IN TIME
Detroit's win over Southeastern Conference member school, Georgia, was the first win against an SEC school since Nov. 23, 1979 when the Titans defeated Louisiana State by a score of 84-76 in Detroit. Prior to Saturday's victory, the Titans had lost 13 straight to SEC schools.
COACHING DEBUT AT HOME
Autumn Rademacher coached her first game for the Titans on UDM's home court against #23 Georgia and Detroit came out on the winning end, 70-66. Since the start of UDM women's basketball (1977-78), Rademacher and the eight full-time head coaches prior, now own a collective 4-5 record in their coaching debut on Detroit's home court.
DETROIT INKS THREE
UDM head coach Autumn Rademacher announced that three student-athletes have signed National Letters of Intent to play for the Titans, beginning with the 2009-10 season. The signees are: Demeisha Fambro (G, 5-9, Detroit, MI/Crockett Tech), Kassandra Hooten (F, 6-0, Moorhead, MN/Moorhead) and Cherridy Thornton (F, 6-1, Detroit, MI/Frank Cody Senior).
FINAL FOUR IN DETROIT
The University of Detroit Mercy will serve as the host institution for the 2009 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Final Four, which will be held on April 4 & 6, 2009 at Ford Field in Detroit, MI.
