As part of the NCAA's Final Four weekend, Hoop City makes its way to Detroit with the event being held at the Cobo Center from Friday through Monday.
NCAA Hoop City refreshed by Coca-Cola is an interactive theme park that is held in the host city of the men's and women's Final Four basketball championship. The event, which features games, clinics and prizes, is open to fans of all ages.
With the University of Detroit Mercy serving as the host institution for this year's men's basketball championship, a number of Titan student-athletes will be on hand all weekend long in the Hoop City NCAA Campus Activation Areas. Fans will get a chance to participate and learn about NCAA Championship sports, other then basketball, through the games, drills and teachings from real-life NCAA student-athletes.
The NCAA Campus Activation Area is also a place where fans can take their picture with the NCAA basketball championship trophy as well as view NCAA Final Four memorabilia.
