Darkness halted Monday’s second round of the University of Cincinnati Fall Classic as the Titan women’s golfers were three holes shy of completing their appointed 36-hole first day.
The Titans shot 345 as a team to stand 12th after the first round. Xavier leads at 315. The field will pick up where it left off on Tuesday morning to complete Round 2, then will immediately begin the final 18 holes of the tournament before declaring a winner.
Senior Alex Aversa shot an opening 83 to lead the five players in the Titan lineup, while sophomore Jackie DeMarco, playing as an individual, fired a 78.
