The University of Detroit Mercy Women's Basketball Program hosted a high school team camp this past weekend at Calihan Hall. The camp was once again successful as 25 teams from various high schools and AAU organizations made it to campus to compete over Father's Day weekend.

Teams traveled to Calihan Hall from all over the state of Michigan, as well as from Ohio and Canada. The two day camp guaranteed teams five games.

“We felt the camp was a success in every way ,” said Detroit assistant coach and co-camp director Emily Samuelson. “It was well attended, and we had some terrific talent out there. Our players did a great job helping out. It was a great weekend of basketball.”
