Detroit Titan soccer alumni are encouraged to attend the men's soccer alumni event scheduled for Saturday, August 21st. The alumni game will be played on Titan Field at 1:00 p.m.

Alumni will have a chance to meet new head coach Nick Deren, '99 after the game. Deren became the third head coach in the history of the program after taking over the team midway through the 2009 season. The UDM alum guided the Titans to a 4-4 record while serving as the interim head coach. Before ascending to the head of the bench, Deren had already spent five-plus seasons as an assistant coach at Detroit.

The Titans are also hosting a BBQ immediately after the game at the tennis pavilion beginning at 3:00 p.m. All soccer alumni are encouraged to attend, and to bring their families.
