Head Coach Ray McCallum Talks About The Clinic On Titan YouTube Channel

Due to facility improvements currently underway in Calihan Hall, the Third Annual Detroit Titans Basketball Coaches Clinic has been MOVED to the Palace of Auburn Hills, home of the Detroit Pistons.

The clinic is STILL SET FOR SATURDAY, SEPT. 25, with registration beginning at 7:30 a.m., with the clinic starting at 9:00 a.m. Included with the registration will be a light breakfast (coffee, donuts, bagels) as well as a boxed lunch. All of those in attendance must enter the building through the West Atrium (Main entrance) and park in section 2A and 3A. It is the first entrance off of Lapeer Road/M-24 as you approach the Palace from the south. 

The event, as always, is open to both male and female coaches at all levels (middle school, high school, AAU, college etc.).

The day will showcase some of today's best coaches giving presentations and live demonstrations on a number of basketball skill sets. Joining Titan head coach Ray McCallum will be Detroit Pistons head coach John Kuester and assistant coach Pat Sullivan, ESPN Analyst and former Division I head coach Fran Fraschilla, Milwaukee Bucks assistant coach Kelvin Sampson and Miami University (Ohio) head coach Charlie Coles.

Each speaker will focus on a certain aspect of the game as they discuss topics such as skill development, motion offense, special situations and building team identity.

The cost is $25 per coach during the early registration period, with the cost moving to $35 to register on the day of the clinic. For programs wishing to bring their entire staff, a special $50 rate per staff will be given for early registration with a charge of $75 on clinic day.
