ON TAP
The Titans will play their regular season home finale on Wednesday when they welcome Youngstown State to Calihan Hall.  Detroit is in good position to grab another home game in the Horizon League tournament as it currently sits in sixth-place with the No. 3-6 seeds hosting HL First Round match-ups.

ABOUT YOUNGSTOWN STATE
The Penguins are 8-17 overall, 2-13 in league play heading into Wednesday's game.  YSU has won just one of its last nine contests, but it was a big one.  Kendrick Perry's triple with 21 seconds left gave the Penguins a 62-60 win over Butler on Feb. 3.  YSU is 0-12 away from home this season and has not won a Horizon League game on the road since Feb. 5, 2009 (20 straight).  Vytas Sulskis leads YSU with 13.4 points per game average while Damian Eargle leads with 5.9 rebounds and 3.0 blocks per game.

LAST MEETING
The Detroit Titans hung-on for a 73-69 win over host Youngstown State at the Beeghley Center on Jan. 22.  Junior Chris Blake netted a career high 20 points and junior center Eli Holman grabbed a season-most 16 boards in the win.
Detroit's offense got going quickly, running up 18 points in the first 5:12 to mount a 10-point cushion.  It would be the largest lead of the night for either school as the Penguins tallied seven first-half triples to get back into the game and the Titans held a slim 41-40 lead at the break.  Eli Holman nearly had a double-double in the first period alone, scoring nine points and grabbing nine boards in the opening 20 minutes.
Coming out of halftime, the Penguins scored the first eight points to grab their biggest lead at seven points.  Detroit immediately answered with eight straight of its own, part of a 15-4 run.  It was a closely-contested affair throughout the remainder of the game as it remained a one-possession game for most of the stretch run.
