Men's Basketball

Travel with the Titans to Milwaukee!

Men's basketball fans will have the chance to travel with the Titans to Milwaukee this weekend as the team continues its quest for a Horizon League championship.  Detroit will take on Valparaiso Friday night in the tourney's quarterfinal round and with a win would advance to the semifinals against host Milwaukee on Saturday night.
 
A charter bus will depart from Calihan Hall on Friday morning at 9:30 a.m., and the round trip costs just $50 per person.  Game tickets and hotel reservations can be purchased by contacting Titan Athletics' Daron Montgomery (daron.montgomery@udmercy.edu) or Greg Haapala (gregory.haapala@udmercy.edu) or 313-93-1700.

Friday, March 4, 2011
9:30 a.m. (ET) Fan Bus departs from Calihan Hall for Milwaukee
12:00 p.m. Lunch stop TBD – 45 minutes
4:00 p.m. (CT) Fan bus arrives at hotel for check-in

5:00 p.m. Game #1- Cleveland State vs. Wright State
7:30 p.m. Game #2- #5 Detroit vs. Valparaiso

If Titans win on Friday…
12:00 p.m.-Check out of hotel; load bus
12:15 p.m.-On your own for food, shopping, etc.
5:00 p.m.-HL semi-final - #2 Butler vs. TBD
7:30 p.m.-HL semi-final #5 Detroit vs. #1 Milwaukee
10:00 p.m-Depart for Detroit
5:30 a.m. (ET) Arrive at Calihan Hall

If Titans lose on Friday…
8:30 a.m. (CT)- Check out of hotel, depart for Detroit

TICKETS
Tickets are $20 for Friday's session and $20 for Saturday's session. HL student tickets are FREE on Friday, and cost $10 on Saturday.
