The Horizon League has honored 724 student-athletes – including a total of 58 individuals representing UDM – as members of the League's 2010 Fall Academic Honor Roll.

A sport-by-sport breakdown includes women's soccer representing the most student-athletes with 93 honorees followed by men's soccer representing 74 student-athletes. Other top sports include women's swimming and diving(61), men's cross country/track (61), women's cross country/track(58) and volleyball(48).
 
Candidates for the Horizon League Honor Roll must meet three criteria in order to qualify: 1) participation in at least one of the League's 19 sports during the most recent (or current) season; 2) completion of three semesters (or four quarters, where applicable) as a full-time student at the same member institution; and 3) a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.20 (on a 4.00 scale).
