Titan Club Announces Elections for 2011 Board

Nominations due Wed., April 27

The University of Detroit Mercy Titan Club recently announced its schedule for the 2011 Board of Directors election.  The Titan Club-- a booster organization for promotion of Detroit Titan Athletics-- is led by a Board of Directors chosen from the Club's general membership.  Board members serve three-year terms (one year for the two "Under 35 years of age" seats), meet monthly, and work to support UDM athletic teams.  

To be eligible for election to the Board of Directors, an individual must have been a member of the Titan Club during the 2010-11 academic year.  This year six Directors and two Under 35 Directors are to be elected.

To nominate a member for the 2011 ballot, call or email Greg Haapala in the Titan Athletics Office (313 993-1700, or email greg.haapala@udmercy.edu).  Self nominations are permissible.  Please include the name, telephone number, email address, and mailing address of the nominee.
