DETROIT (11/5/2012) -- The Detroit women's basketball team will end its preseason schedule tonight against Marygrove, but on Sunday, the Titans and Mustangs came together to help clean up the mile-stretch of McNichols that separates the two campuses.

Right after both teams finished their Sunday practices, both programs, as well as coaches, staff administrators and members of the College Core Block Club, met on the corner of Wyoming and McNichols, where gloves, cleaning supplies and a game plan was put in place to accomplish the clean-up.
The group then hit the road, splitting up both sides of McNichols to make sure the job was done right. By the time it was over, the mile-stretch of McNichols was a bit cleaner and more welcoming for all the fans who are coming to tonight's game.
After the contest, both teams then got together inside the Titan Club for a pizza party.
The Titan-Mustang match-up is set to start at 7:00 p.m., on Dick Vitale Court in Calihan Hall.
