Reynolds Selected Horizon League Player of the Week

INDIANAPOLIS (12/8/2014) -- Coming off a career performance in leading the Titans to an overtime victory on the road, redshirt sophomore Rosanna Reynolds was named the Horizon League Player of the Week, announced the conference office on Monday.

It is the first time in her career that she has won the weekly honor and the first time this season a Titan has won the award. Reynolds was also named the College Sports Madness Player of the Week in the Horizon League.

Reynolds was lights out at IPFW last Tuesday, Dec. 2, scoring a career-high 33 points – including 25 in the second half – while grabbing a career-best 11 rebounds and handing out four assists. It was also her second career double-double effort as she was in double figures scoring for the fifth time this season.

She was 11-of-18 from the field and sank a career-best 7-of-10 from three-point land, just one away from the school record.

On the season, Reynolds is fourth in the Horizon league in scoring at 15.7 ppg., and leads the conference with 3.0 three-point field goals per game.

Reynolds and the Titans return to action tonight when they host Madonna at 7:00 p.m., on Dick Vitale Court in Calihan Hall.
