College Sports Madness 2015-16 Preseason All-Horizon League Teams

Rosanna Reynolds (Canton, Mich. / Divine Child) was selected to the College Sports Madness Preseason All-Horizon League First Team as the preseason honors were released earlier Wednesday morning.
Reynolds, a guard, was a Second Team All-Horizon League honoree as a sophomore in 2014-15 after leading the Titans in scoring (15.7 points per game) and assists (3.4 per game). She started all 30 games for Detroit last season and was second in the Horizon League and 18th in the country in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.4).
She was a College Sports Madness Second Team All-Horizon League pick following the 2014-15 campaign. Reynolds finished the season ranked eighth with 59 3-pointers made, which led the squad. She tallied five double-doubles and reached the 20-point plateau six times, while scoring a career-high 33 points at IPFW. Reynolds scored in double figures a team-high 26 times.
The junior, who missed most of her sophomore season due to a knee injury, earned the Dad Butler Award given to a student-athletes who show dedication to practice and having the ability to rehabilitate an injury to his or her fullest capabilities, while also receiving the Larry Bleach Award, presented to a student-athlete who sets the strength and conditioning standards for other student-athletes to follow at the Annual Academic & Athletic Awards Dinner.
Reynolds was also a member of the Detroit Athletic Director's Honor Roll, the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll and the Horizon League's Winter All-Academic Team last year.
Reynolds is one of four starters that return for Detroit, which is in its first season under head coach
Bernard Scott.
Detroit opens the season on Nov. 5 with an exhibition game against Lawrence Tech at historic Calihan Hall. The Titans begin the regular season on Friday, Nov. 13, hosting Bradley for a 7 p.m. game on Dick Vitale Court.
