Titans Drop Pair During Opening Weekend
The Titans dropped two games during opening weekend, falling 75-67 to Bradley on Nov. 13 before being on the wrong side of a 88-61 game against Michigan on Sunday.

Haleigh Ristovski pulled down a career-high 13 rebounds against Bradley and scored 15 points for her fifth career double-double. Rosanna Reynolds tallied a team-high 18 points to go along with seven assists.

The Titans attempted a school-record 37 three-pointers during the contest, making 12 triples. Ristovski sank five triples, while Nicole Urbanick made three and was the third member in double figures with 13 points vs. the Braves.

Against Michigan, the Titans trailed by just three points following the first quarter and played evenly in the second half, as Detroit was out-scored by U-M just 39-34. The Titans ultimately fell, 88-61, in their first matchup against a Big Ten opponent this season. Reynolds led Detroit with 19 points and posted her second-straight game of three blocks, while Urbanick connected on four triples and scored a career-high-tying 17 points.

Trio of Sisters Play in Michigan Game
All three Ristovski sisters went head-to-head in Detroit's second game when the Titans hosted Michigan. Detroit sisters and teammates -- junior Haleigh Ristovski and freshman Lola Ristovski -- played against older sister and U-M senior Madison Ristovski.

It was the first time all three had played together in a collegiate game. Haleigh and Madison had played each other the past two seasons with Madison's Wolverines winning both contests. All three sisters starred at nearby University Liggett High School and during Madison's senior year, the trio all started.

Lola Ristovski, in just her second career collegiate game, out-scored both of her sisters with nine points. Madison tallied seven points for the Wolverines and Haleigh tallied five points, eight rebounds and four steals for the Titans.

Reynolds Selected Preseason First Team All-League
Junior guard Rosanna Reynolds was picked to the Preseason All-Horizon League First Team and was one of three juniors named to the First Team. Reynolds, who was a Second Team All-Horizon League honoree last year as a sophomore, led the Titans with 15.7 points and 3.4 assists per game last year. She was second in the Horizon League in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.4) and fourth in three-pointers per game (2.0) and three-point percentage (37.8).

Rosie Nears 1,000
Reynolds, with 795 career points, is within range of becoming the 20th player in Detroit women's basketball history to reach the 1,000-point plateau. She is 205 points away from that mark. The last Titan to reach the 1,000-point milestone was Senee Shearer in 2013-14.

All-Time Series
The meeting with Maryland is the first all-time between the two schools in women's basketball. The Titans will play three Big Ten teams this season, with a game against Michigan already in the bag and a road contest at Michigan State slated for Dec. 21.

Three's Company
The Titans had four players reach 40 or more 3-pointers made during the 2014-15 season. Three of those players are back this year -- Reynolds (59 triples), Ristovski (51) and Urbanick (40). The trio combined for 150 of the 221 triples Detroit made a season ago.

Urbanick (seven triples) Ristovski (six), Reynolds (three) have already combined for 16 three-pointers through two games this season.

History Against Ranked Opponents
Detroit hasn't played a ranked opponent since Nov. 20, 2013, when the Titans played at Michigan State. Detroit's last win and road triumph over a ranked foe came in a 70-58 victory at No. 9 Green Bay on Feb. 9, 2012.

The last time Detroit faced an opponent ranked in the Top 10 was Nov. 23, 2012 when the Titans played in a neutral site game against No. 6 Penn State. The Titans are 5-48 all-time against ranked foes, with two of those wins coming since the 2009-10 season.

Block Party
Reynolds tallied three blocks in each of her first two games for the Titans. She entered the year with 24 career blocks and was second on the squad with 16 rejections in 2013-14.

Strong Start for Lola
The younger Ristovski is quickly making a name for herself, tallying 14 points in two games with no turnovers. She is a perfect 6-for-6 from the free throw line and has added three assists, two steals and one block.

Up Next
The Titans continue their road trip out East, playing at St. Bonaventure in Olena, N.Y. two days before Thanksgiving on Tuesday, Nov. 24. Detroit and the Bonnies play in a 5 p.m. ET contest on Tuesday. Following the two-game road trip, the Titans return home for four-straight games, beginning with a Nov. 29 game against Niagara.
