DETROIT (12/19/2016) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's basketball team is set to play in its final non-conference game of 2016 on Wednesday night, traveling to Toledo for a 7 p.m. contest against the Rockets from Savage Arena. The game is set to be broadcast on ESPN3.com and the WatchESPN Applications, while general admission tickets are listed at $12 in advance and $14 on the day of the game.
The Titans (4-6) are playing in their eighth game out of 11 away from Calihan Hall to open the 2016-17 season under head coach
Bernard Scott. It's the final game for Detroit Mercy prior to Christmas, with the red, white and blue opening the Horizon League slate on Dec. 29, hosting Valparaiso at Calihan Hall.

• The Titans lead the Horizon League in 3-pointers made per game (8.1) and defensive rebounds per game (30.2). Detroit Mercy ranks second in blocked shots (4.2 per game) and third in scoring offense (72.4 points per game) in the Horizon League.
• Detroit Mercy set a single-game school record with 16 3-pointers at Minnesota. It topped the previous record of 15 treys at Toledo on Dec. 14, 2014.

• Reynolds is the first player in school history to record 1,300 points, 500 rebounds, 400 assists and 100 steals.
• Reynolds ranks fourth in the league in scoring (17.3 ppg), second in assists per game (5.2) and assist-to-turnover ratio (2.0) and fifth in steals (2.2).

Kelsey Mitchell leads the team in rebounding at 6.9 boards per game (T-9th in the HL) off the bench and ranks sixth in the league in field goal percentage, shooting 52.5 percent (31-for-59).

Nicole Urbanick ranks second in the HL in 3-pointers made per game (2.2), while
Haleigh Ristovski is seventh in both 3-point percentage (37.0) and 3-pointers made per game (1.7).
• Reynolds is the top active scorer in the Horizon League with her 1,399 points, which is also 33rd in the NCAA among active players. She is also the active HL leader in assists with 446, which is 14th in the country among active players in Division I.
• Over its past eight games, Detroit Mercy has recorded 39 blocks (4.8 per game) after opening the season with three in the first two contests.
• Detroit Mercy is out-scoring its opponents 195-165 in the first quarter this season. Overall in the first half, the Titans have a 361-327 scoring advantage.
• The Titans are 2-1 against the Mid-American Conference this season. Detroit Mercy defeated Kent State and Eastern Michigan, while falling to Western Michigan in its last outing.

Last Time Out
Four Titans scored in double figures on Saturday, Dec. 10, but Detroit Mercy dropped a 75-65 contest against visiting Western Michigan from Calihan Hall.
Brianne Cohen led the Titans with 17 points and seven boards, while
Rosanna Reynolds tallied the eighth double-digit scoring effort this year with 16 points.
Nicole Urbanick added 15 points, while
Lola Ristovski scored a season-high 10 points.
Detroit Mercy out-shot Western Michigan in the game, connecting on 43.5 percent of its shots. It was the fifth game Detroit Mercy has shot 40 percent or better. Western Michigan did have the advantage on the boards in the matchup, leading 46-31.
All-Time Series / Scouting Toledo
Detroit Mercy is 9-17 all-time against the Rockets, but won the last time the two schools met, during the 2014-15 season. The Titans connected on a then-school record 15 3-pointers in that game on their way to an 83-72 win in Toledo. In the past 10 games, the Titans are 5-5 and Detroit Mercy is 4-10 in games played on the road in the series.
Toledo is 8-2 on the season and most recently fell at home to No. 2-ranked Notre Dame, 85-68. The Rockets are 4-1 at home this season. They have two wins against Horizon League schools in Cleveland State and UIC.
Jay-Ann Bravo-Harriott has led the Rockets in scoring in six of 10 games and leads the team with a 14.4 points per game average. She has connected on 30 triples so far this season, shooting 46.9 from behind the arc.
As a team, Toledo makes 7.8 3-pointers per game and is scoring 77.8 points per game. Mikaela Boyd (10.9 ppg) and Janice Monakana (10.0 ppg) average in double figures, while Monakana is the team's leading rebounder at 5.9 boards per game. Boyd (52 assists, 25 steals) and Mariella Santucci (50 assists, 20 steals) lead in assists and steals.

Senior guard
Rosanna Reynolds began the season 15th on the all-time scoring list and is quickly moving up the list as she is up to seventh place with 1,399 points. She is 26 points away from sixth place. Reynolds also reached the 400-assist plateau this year, becoming the fourth player in school history to do so and is five assists away from second place in career helpers. In her start against Bradley, Reynolds became the sixth player in school history to start in 100 career games. She is the first player in school history with 1,300 points, 500 rebounds, 400 assists and 100 steals in her Titan career.
Senior
Haleigh Ristovski is also moving up in the Titan record books, having moved into the top 10 in rebounds. She ranks seventh all-time with 677 career caroms. Ristovski is also 10th in career 3-pointers made (132) and total blocks (77).
Titan NCAA Ranks
Detroit Mercy is among the national leaders in 3-pointers made, ranking 32nd overall with 81 triples made and 33rd at 8.1 treys made per game. The Titans are 23rd in the country in defensive rebounding (30.2 per game), 53rd in turnovers per game (14.1) and 87th in blocks per game (4.2). Detroit Mercy is also 75th in the country in scoring offense (72.4 points per game).
Individually,
Rosanna Reynolds is in the top 100 in several statistical categories and ranks second in the Horizon League with 52 assists, which is 49th nationally. She is 45th in the country at 5.2 assists per game.

The Titans set a school record with 234, 3-pointers last season and have three players who are in the top 11 in career triples made entering 2016-17.
Nicole Urbanick (145 triples),

Rosanna Reynolds (124) all surpassed 100 career 3-pointers made last year, combined for 154 treys in 2015-16.
The trio have combined for 49 triples already in 2016-17 as the Titans have 81 3-pointers after 10 games. The Titans lead the league with 8.1 treys per game.
