DETROIT (2/29/2016) -- For the second time this season, University of Detroit Mercy junior guard Rosanna Reynolds (Canton, Mich. / Divine Child) has been named the Horizon League Player of the Week as it was released by the league office Monday afternoon.

Reynolds helped the Titans to their 10th league victory on Saturday, scoring 20 points to go along with seven rebounds and five assists in an 82-77 overtime victory at Oakland. It was the seventh road victory in the Horizon League this season for Detroit.

Reynolds shot 8-of-10 from the field and scored 17 points in the second half as Detroit erased a nine-point halftime deficit to push the game to overtime. Reynolds hit 9-of-14 shots overall in the contest and added a steal in 38 minutes of play.

For the season, Reynolds ranks second in the Horizon League in assists (138) and is fifth in scoring at 15.9 points per game. She is first in the conference in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.2) and set a single-game, school-record with 15 assists in an overtime win at Wright State.

The three-year starter moved into 16th place on the all-time scoring list against the Golden Grizzlies and ranks sixth all-time in assists in Detroit women's basketball history, passing former Titan Carrie Banks on Saturday. Earlier this season she became the 20th player in school history to reach 1,000 points and the 12th player to surpass 100 career 3-pointers.

Detroit closes out the regular season this week, playing the two teams above them in the Horizon League standings. The Titans host Green Bay at 7 p.m. Thursday before playing Milwaukee in the finale on Saturday at 1 p.m.
