DETROIT (5/2/2016) -- During the 2015-16 season, the men's and women's basketball teams both made trips up north to Flint to help the residents of the city deal with the water problem.
 
The situation in the city deeply affected two of the Titan players in graduating senior Anton Wilson from the men's basketball team and sophomore Chea Taylor from the women's program. Wilson was born and raised in the city of Flint, where his family still resides, while Taylor had family from the city.
