DETROIT (10/13/2017) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's basketball program and head coach
Bernard Scott are hosting a coaching clinic for high school and AAU coaches on Saturday, Oct. 28. The event is free of charge at Calihan Hall.
The clinic officially begins at 11 a.m. Saturday, but coaches are welcome to attend the Titan women's basketball practice that morning from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on the Calihan Hall court. A $5 lunch follows the clinic at 12:30 p.m.
Some of the topics covered by coach Scott and his staff include the Titans' ball screen offense, shooting drills and info about the culture of the Titan program.

Bernard Scott is entering his third season at the helm of the Titan women's basketball program and has led Detroit Mercy in two-straight winning campaigns, including a trip to the title game of the Horizon League Championship in 2016-17. Assistant coaches

Molly Bateman have been on coach Scott's staff since shortly after his hiring at the University, while new assistant coach
Madison Ristovski, a former standout University of Michigan player, is entering her first season on the Detroit Mercy staff.
