DETROIT (9/7/2017) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's basketball 2017-18 schedule is complete with the Horizon League office releasing the full slate of league contests on Thursday afternoon. The Titans have 14 home games at Calihan Hall for the upcoming regular season.

Bernard Scott, opens the Horizon League schedule on the road in Ohio, visiting Youngstown State and Cleveland State on Dec. 28 and Dec. 30, respectively.
Other notable games during the league season include hosting the defending league champions Green Bay on Jan. 18 and Metro Series rival Oakland for Senior Night at Calihan Hall on Feb. 19. Detroit Mercy, which is 3-1 against the Golden Grizzlies under coach Scott, travels to Oakland on Jan. 27.
Detroit Mercy's first game against HL newcomer IUPUIÂ is on the road on Jan. 11 from Indianapolis. The Titans finish the regular season on the road at Milwaukee (Feb. 23) and Green Bay (Feb. 25).
The Horizon League Championship will be held in downtown Detroit for the second-straight season of Motor City Madness at the new Little Caesars Arena. The men's and women's championships will be run together across five days from March 2-6, 2018.
Detroit Mercy went 18-14 last season, including 12-6 in Horizon League play, reaching the Horizon League Championship game and playing in the final women's basketball game at Joe Louis Arena. The Titans are entering their 41st season overall of women's basketball.
