DETROIT (2/22/2018) -- The University of Detroit Mercy women's basketball squad heads to Wisconsin this weekend for a pair of contests to close out the 2017-18 regular season schedule. Detroit Mercy plays Friday at 8 p.m. ET at Milwaukee before battling Green Bay in a Sunday contest at 2 p.m. ET.
Both games may be seen live via ESPN3.com and the WatchESPN Applications.
Following the pair of regular season finales, the Titans will prepare for the 2018 Horizon League Championship. Detroit Mercy is locked in as the No. 9 seed and plays in a 2:30 p.m. game Friday, March 2 from Little Caesars Arena in downtown Detroit. The opponent is yet to be determined.

The Titans have sank 38 triples in their past four games and rank third in the Horizon League with 190 3-pointers on the season. Detroit Mercy is 10 treys away from sinking 200 or more 3-pointers for the fourth-straight season. The Titans have set school records for 3-pointers made in each of the past two years, making 259 last year.
Senior guard
Nicole Urbanick set a new school-record in career 3-pointers made, sinking her first triple on Senior Night against Oakland to move into sole possession of first place. Urbanick has 234 career treys and she moved past former Titan standout Senee Shearer and into No. 1 on the career list.
Sophomore guard
Anja Marinkovic, who has led Detroit Mercy in scoring in each of the past three contests, became the 15th player in school history to surpass 100 career 3-pointers. She hit five treys vs. Oakland, the fourth time she's sank five 3's this season.
Senior forward
Brianne Cohen became the eighth Titan in school history to surpass the 1,400-point plateau, also on Senior Night against Oakland. Cohen is 17 points away from the No. 7 spot in career scoring. She leads the Titans with 363 points this season, averaging 13.4 points per game.
Freshman forward
Lexey Tobel has been among the Horizon League leaders in free throw percentage all season and ranks second on the team at 87.7 percent (50-of-57). She has sank 22-straight free throws, which is the longest streak since Rosanna Reynolds made 22 straight FT in 2015-16. Tobel ranks first among Horizon League freshmen in 3-pointers made (42), which is also tied-for-fourth in school history for a freshmen with teammate

Senior guard
Nicole Urbanick became the career leader in made 3-pointers in women's basketball history Monday night, but the Titans fell to their rival Oakland on Senior Night from Calihan Hall, 85-74.
Urbanick buried the game's first bucket to become the all-time leader in triples in school history with 232 and added two more during the game to break the tie she held with former Titan standout Senee Shearer. Urbanick was one of four Titans in double figures Monday evening, scoring 15 points.
Sophomore guard
Anja Marinkovic scored a team-best 17 points, senior
Brianne Cohen had 16 points and sophomore
Zoey Oatis added 13 points for the Titans. Detroit Mercy sank 10 3-pointers in the game -- eight combined from Marinkovic (five treys) and Urbanick (three triples).
Cohen was 7-of-10 from the floor on Senior Night, adding six rebounds and three blocks. Junior guard
Gracie Roberts had a career-high-tying nine rebounds for the Titans, while Urbanick had five assists for the second-straight contest to lead Detroit Mercy. Urbanick also had two blocks in the game.
The Titans shot 41.5 percent from the floor (27-for-65) and 10-of-31 from the downtown. Detroit Mercy also was a perfect 10-of-10 from the free throw line.
Scouting Milwaukee
The Panthers enter Thursday's game winners of their past two contests, both road wins over Cleveland State and IUPUI. Milwaukee holds a 10-6 league record entering the final weekend of the regular season and is in the hunt for a high seed for the league tournament.
Overall this season, the Panthers are 7-4 at home and 4-3 in HL home games. Milwaukee is the top free-throw shooting team in the conference (77.5 percent) and ranks second in the Horizon League in rebounding margin (+8.0).
Seniors Steph Kostowicz (14.3 ppg, 7.8 rpg) and Jenny Lindner (13.8 ppg, 7.9 rpg) lead the way for the Panthers, with redshirt-senior Bailey Farley also averaging in double figures (11.3 ppg). Kostowicz is among the league leaders in blocks with 50 on the season.
All-Time Series
Detroit Mercy leads Milwaukee in the all-time series, that dates back to 1990. The Titans are 12-15 in true road games against the Panthers. Under head coach
Bernard Scott, the Titans are 3-2 against Milwaukee, including 1-1 on the road. Earlier this season, the Titans dropped a 70-61 game to Milwaukee from Calihan Hall with the squad nearly setting a school record by sinking 21-of-22 free throws (95.5 percent) in the contest.
