2012 Outdoor: Was a scorer at Horizon League Outdoor Championships at Milwaukee (May 4-6) placing 6th in 10,000m (32:04.50) and took 12th in 5000m (15:45.21)... 10,000m PR of 31:53.31 at Bucknell (Apr. 13-15)... 5000m PR of 15:21.98 at Hillsdale (Apr. 27-28).

2012 Indoor: Opened with 5000m PR of 15:41.82 at Notre Dame (Dec. 2)... 3000m PR of 9:08.33 at Harvey Invite (Jan. 21)... Lowered 5000m to 15:26.68 at Youngstown State (Feb. 3-4)... At Horizon League Indoor Championships at Youngstown State (Feb. 25-26), secured finishes of 18th in 5000m (15:41.53) and 26th in 3000m with PR of 9:03.61.

2011 Outdoor: Opened with 5000m PR of 15:49.66 at Toledo and lowered mark to 15:32.03 at Eastern Michigan… Made 10,000m debut at Horizon League running #6 Titan mark of 32:19.10 for 10th and then finished 14th in 5000m running 15:37.53.

2011 Indoor: Ran indoor best of 15:56.42 at Notre Dame… Ran 3000m PR of 9:08.87 at Horizon League placing 20th after a 21st place 16:10.62 5000m.

High School: Earned four varsity letters in both cross country and track and field at Ogemaw... Holds a cross country PR of 15:57... Best time in the 2 mile is 9:35... Three-time first team all-conference selection in cross country and track and field... Earned All-State as a senior after taking 10th at the Michigan Division 2 championships, while finishing 42nd as a junior… Also a regional champion as a junior and senior in the 3200-meters, earning seventh at the state meet in 2010.
