The University of Detroit Mercy Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is a group of student-athletes who are brought together to offer their insight on the experience of being a UDM student-athlete. These student-athletes represent their peers and teammates when offering their input on rules, regulations and policies that affect their everyday lives on the campus. They are a direct link between the University of Detroit Mercy student-athletes and administration. The members of the UDM SAAC committee are very active in the community, sponsoring many community service initiatives as well as organizing student-athlete events and assisting in overall student-athlete well being.
