The 2013 Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field Championships will be hosted by the University of Detroit Mercy on May 3-5 at Eastern Michigan's Rynearson Stadium in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

It will be the first time the Titans will host the outdoor championships after Detroit served as hosts for the 2001, 2007, and 2010 HL Indoor Championships in Ann Arbor. UDM's cross country team also hosted the conference championships in 1990, 1999, and 2009.
