Betsey Walkowiak

Betsey Walkowiak joined the Titans in the summer of 2024 as an Academic and Compliance Coordinator and was promoted to Director of Student-Athlete Services in June of 2025. 

In the summer of 2024, she was appointed to the NCAA's Committee on Women’s Athletics and was then named to the NCAA Committee on Access, Opportunity and Impact in June of 2025, which will focus on creating equitable and inclusive experiences for student-athletes at championships and across college sports, advising on related NCAA policies and supporting increased participation and leadership opportunities for student-athletes from underrepresented communities.

A native of Clarkston, Michigan, she was a four-year letterwinner in swimming and diving at Green Bay, earning All-Academic honors as a senior. 

She was a member of Green Bay's and the Horizon League's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), serving as the Social Media Chair as a senior. She also was a part of the Horizon League Council serving as the Student-Athlete Representative and on the Student-Athlete Safety and Health and OneHL, Diversity and Inclusion Committees. 

Outside of athletics, she worked as a graduate assistant in the Graduate office at her alma mater. 

Walkowiak graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2022 and then earned a Master of Science in Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology in 2024.
