Detroit Mercy Titans Hall of Fame
He played two seasons as a Titan after transferring to the University as a junior academically. After sitting out a year, he helped Detroit to a 36-19 in his two active campaigns, advancing to the NCAA Tournament in 1979. He averaged 20.0 points and 9.1 rebounds to lead the team in both departments in 1980. He also sits in 9th place on the all time Titan list in blocks with 79. Following his junior campaign, he was selected in the third round of the 1979 NBA Draft by Philadelphia and went on to play on two league championship teams during his 12-year professional career.
